Helen Grant is a neurodiverse poet and nonfiction writer who has lived all over the UK, and for now is residing in Manchester. She studied her BA and MA in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University, with an exchange year at Columbia College Chicago. She enjoys writing on the domestic, travel, nature and animals particularly, and appreciates poems that explore connection, subtly or powerfully.

Helen has been published in a wide array of magazines such as The Poetry Review and The North; she has been shortlisted, longlisted and commended in various poetry competitions, most recently The Black Cat Poetry Press Turning Points and Nature Competition and Hedgehog Press Micro Collection Competition #2.
