Due to a few of you getting in touch, we have realised we might have missed sending out some responses to submissions in the past few months due to an issue with our inboxes, which was out of our hands but has now been rectified. Still, we apologise for anyone who has submitted work to us in the past few months and has not received a response, as we strive to respond to every submitter.
If you have submitted to us anytime during 2024 and have not yet received a response, and you still wish to be considered for the upcoming issue of Spellbinder, please consider submitting your work again using the form below. We accept submissions via our online submission form below. We publish a quarterly paperback available for purchase via Amazon. If you subscribe to our magazine, you will also gain access to the PDF version of our magazine online.

The current submission window goes until November 1st, 2024.
We are currently open for submissions for the Winter 2025 Issue (publ. Jan 2025).
We pay a £3 honorarium to each accepted contributor after print publication.
Please look out for:
– A confirmation of submission message, which will appear at the bottom of this page; and
– A confirmation of submission email.
PLEASE AVOID SUBMITTING MULTIPLE TIMES.
If you have trouble submitting via this form, if you would like to submit larger files, the confirmation message didn’t appear, or you didn’t receive the confirmation of submission email, contact us and include which category you are submitting to in the body of the message. You can also try submitting your work through our emergency submission form, in case our regular form did not work for you.
We strive to respond to submissions within 5 months, depending on when exactly in our submission period you submitted. If you have not heard from us after 6 months, please consider getting in touch to check the status of your submission.
